Volume Enhancement Services

One of the biggest challenges attorneys, interpreters, and insurance company claims adjusters face when listening to recorded material is that they just can’t hear it!  Dialogue intelligibility is essential when preparing a case. This basic audio enhancement service simply raises the volume without tampering with any other aspect of the recording. The original recording must be submitted on either an MP3 file or CD.

If you are an interpreter/translator transcribing a confession, playbacks are reduced significantly. If you are an interpreter providing a second opinion as to the accuracy of an already translated confession, you will be better equipped to provide feedback. If you are an attorney playing a confession to your client, he or she can read the transcription and listen to the confession simultaneously with less difficulty.
